Product Review By: Aaron Links - All Natural Bodybuilder
Aaron links is a natural bodybuilder and fitness model.
How I used the product during testing:
- 5-7 shots before my most intense sets
My results:
- POWER & EXPLOSIVENESS - My power and explosiveness was affected both directly and indirectly in a very positive way! Inhaling shots of oxygen between my workout sets resulted in less fatigue, causing improvement in my attitude during exercise. When I feel better in the gym, my power and explosiveness take a big leap because I feel ready to push my body to accomplish things I never would have attempted before.
- MUSCULAR ENDURANCE - Quite simply, I can push more weight for more reps! This is no joke; my endurance has GREATLY improved. Before using the oxygen, I remember a chest exercise where I was forced to use less and less weight with each set because of muscle fatigue. When I started using the oxygen the next week during my workouts, suddenly, my fatigue was reduced to the point where I did not have to reduce the weights I was using during my second and third sets! Normally, I would lower the weight for each set, but after using oxygen, I was able to use the same weight for both the second and third sets for the same number of reps!
- RECOVERY TIME - Oxygen feels so great to use during exercise because it helps fantastically with recovery! I can work harder for longer because my body is recovering at an amazing rate because of my oxygen use. I have actually used the oxygen to deal with the, "I'm going to throw up..." feeling after a set of squats. When I hit the oxygen, I feel more like, "Yeah, that set was a bruiser, but I'm feeling pretty good, other than my jelly legs." It's like I've given my body what it needs to perform, so it doesn't quit on me.
Other Comments:
- If you're using "NO2" type supplements, save your money and buy oxygen instead. Oxygen use is second to none in supplementation for people who love exercise. Heck, if you hate exercise, you'll love using oxygen that much more. Oxygen won't cause you to feel bad later, or put things in your body that you can't even pronounce. Creatine is a good supplement; much more beneficial in my experience than NO2 supplementation, but oxygen is still far, FAR better.
My Conclusion
- I love using my oxygen selectively. I particularly like using it when I am training my weak areas in my physique. The extra boost the oxygen gives me helps my weaker muscle groups perform nearly just as well as my strongest areas!
