Test Description
I did a max effort workout to test the oxygen from Oxygen4energy.com. This was a typical workout for me that I do once a week. I began with a normal warm-up which consists of stretching, body hanging, shoulder work and grip work. After warming up I begin to bench starting at 135 increasing almost 100lbs every set until I am at my max. Then I incorporate a board cycle with this. This is a very tough workout because I try and hit 5 sets of my max weight for 1-3 reps. Typically after this I am spent and it is difficult to carry on to accessory lifts.
I began with 10 shots of oxygen before my workout during the warm up stages. I felt instantly more energy. I was ready to start lifting. I waited until I reached my max set and I took another ten shots. At this point I reached a Personal Record going from benching 775 full range without oxygen to doing 3 sets of 805 full range WITH OXYGEN. This is a HUGE jump - 30lbs, but also having the ability to do this for 3 sets is just simply fantastic. I stayed extremely focused I didn’t have any jitters or useless side effects. This was my first max effort workout using oxygen.
I finished with taking ten more shots completing my workout and I had extremely fast recovery time. I felt great, hardly any soreness and probably could have stayed around for another 3 or 4 exercises.
My Conclusion
Oxygen really helped me train to my full potential. I am excited to continue to train with it and can't wait to see how far it takes me. My goal this year is to bench over 800 lbs in competition. With oxygen, I'm pretty sure that I will reach that goal no problem. I think if any powerlifter used oxygen they would see a drastic improvement it their training and recovery time, which would make them get stronger faster. If you haven't tried this product, try it and you will be a believer.
