I am a Cat 2 Masters mountain bike racer and I first heard of Oxygen4Energy through a couple of pro mountain bike acquaintances. I saw what they had to say and did a little research of my own about the use of oxygen with my workouts. I thought that I would give it a try. Immediately, I could feel the results. No jello-like feeling in my legs and no feeling lethargic.
