I've been an avid athlete all my life. Whether it's running, mountain biking or beach volleyball, they all require a high level of fitness and endurance. I consider myself to be in great shape but everyone hits a wall at some point. On one of these occasions I picked up a can of Instant Oxygen and put it to the test. I had just finished playing four games of beach volleyball in the hot sun. I practically crawled off the court and was ready to head home. I could usually play a lot longer but was just having one of those days. So I took my can of Instant Oxygen and followed the usage tips. I didn't feel an instantaneous effect and was skeptical that something as simple as oxygen would do much. But about halfway through the next game, I felt recharged. My muscles weren't tired and burning and I felt sharp. I finally finished the day four more games later! I'm no doctor, but the difference between four games and eight games is amazing.
