Benefits of Oxygen Supplementation for Bodybuilding

Supplemental breathing oxygen has greatly enhanced my bodybuilding training. Specifically, oxygen has increased my rep ranges (by as much as 20%), maximized my power, increased the intensity of my workouts, and improved my recovery. Because of these benefits I am able to lift more weight for longer, train harder more often, and am able to use the oxygen to improve some of my weaker, less developed body parts. 

Seriously, this stuff BLOWS MY MIND! It makes scientific sense, but in addition to that, you actually get IMMEDIATE results every time you use it. I typically inhale 3-5 breaths of oxygen before and during tough workouts. I feel immediately refreshed and the set always goes much better than I would expect if I had not used the oxygen. I also take up to 10 breaths of oxygen after a tough workout which helps me recover MUCH faster than normal. 

So how does oxygen work in your muscles? Sports science tells us that oxygen is needed to create energy, maximize power and explosiveness, fight fatigue, and recover from physical exertion. The more oxygen you get to your muscles during exertion, the better they perform. The more oxygen you get into your muscles after exertion, the faster they recover. The problem is that until recently, there weren't any oxygen supplements that were able to supply enough oxygen to the body to create a noticeable difference. BUT NOT ANY MORE.
The best way to flood your body with oxygen is breathing oxygen. By entering through your lungs, the oxygen actually enters your bloodstream in seconds and is delivered in very high amounts to your muscles. If you have ever watched a pro football game, you've seen players on the sidelines using breathing oxygen in between tough plays. Now that I have used breathing oxygen myself, I understand why they do this… IT WORKS! I've also heard that top bodybuilders have been known to use oxygen back stage to keep them fresh and energized throughout an entire competition. 

In the past, only elite teams and athletes had access to breathing oxygen because it required a doctor's prescription and supervision. You could also get access to breathing oxygen at oxygen bars, but going to an oxygen bar before and after your training sessions would not be affordable or practical. So what's the solution? Recreational canned oxygen - high quality breathing oxygen compressed into portable cans that can be used anywhere and any time. In my opinion, this is the best way to flood your body with oxygen and get real results!
Oxygen needs to be utilized by bodybuilders. Whether you train for a profession or a hobby, it works so well that you will be immediately sold on its effectiveness. It doesn’t take 2 weeks to begin seeing results; it happens instantaneously, and the results are measurable and consistent.
Bodybuilders are known to train extremely hard, sometimes to the point of nausea and collapse! Well, imagine not feeling terrible during or after an intense training session. Not only does your performance increase from inhaling concentrated oxygen, but your recovery rate greatly benefits as well. Maybe you’ll be able to finally avoid the nausea and light headedness after a crazy set! 

I really can’t tell you enough how much I love this stuff! I’m very careful about what supplements I use because of the cost to benefit consideration, and I have never experienced a more powerful supplement than canned oxygen. If after reading this, you are still wondering if this stuff really does what I tell you it does, you just need to order some and experience it for yourself. 

There are two supplements I refuse to train without: oxygen and creatine. Notice I put oxygen ahead of creatine. Track your training, then use this oxygen and watch your training improve. Oxygen has no possible harmful side-effects and contains no calories and stimulants, so there is no "crashing." I recommend oxygen to absolutely everyone who participates in some sort of physical training. If you are not using it, you are really missing out and definitely not getting the most benefit out of your training!
