How long does it take to receive my product after I order it?
Oxygen4Energy is shipped by way of UPS GROUND SERVICE from our fulfillment warehouse in Chicago, IL. Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business days of being received. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Can I get my order faster? (Express Overnight, ect)
Unfortunately, Oxygen4energy can only be shipped by GROUND service and cannot be expedited at this time due to the nature of the product.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, we only ship via UPS and they will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
No, at this time Oxygen4Energy can only be shipped to the US Continental 48-States.

How can I track the status of my order?
Each order is issued a parcel-specific UPS tracking number. At the end of the business day that your order is shipped, you will receive an email directly from UPS with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking number, please send an email with your Order # to shipping@oxygen4energy.com.

Can I place an order if I do not want to participate in the "Distributor Opportunity?"
Yes. Simply click on the SHOP NOW link and select the products you wish to purchase. When prompted, follow the link, “I am a new customer and need to set up a new account.” Fill out your shipping and billing information and complete your order. Purchasing product from Oxygen4Energy does not obligate you to participate in the Distributor Opportunity in any way.

If I do not want to participate in the “Distributor Opportunity” why do I need to create a username and profile?
With our shopping cart, you are required to create a personal account so that when you return for purchases at a later date, the ordering process can be very quick and easy.

What if I forgot my username and/or password and I am not able to order without it?
Email us at support@oxygen4energy.com and we will re-send your login information to you by email.

Can I pay by cash/check?
Sorry, at this time we only accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
