When I use oxygen, I am able to complete noticeably higher reps with the same amount of weight, or similar amount of reps with significantly more weight. I also recover faster in-between sets thus reducing the time needed for my rest periods. I am truly amazed by the results. The results also prove that the oxygen allows me to train at a higher level and push myself harder in the gym which, with the proper diet and nutrition, will result in faster muscle growth. This is a great product and an essential tool in my arsenal for coming into my next show in the near future bigger, drier and harder!!
