How I tested the oxygen:
I first tested oxygen from Oxygen4Energy.com on a dynamic bench workout that involved 9 sets of 3 reps on bench with heavy weight followed up by some high rep sets of dumbbell bench presses. I took 10 shots of oxygen before starting on the bench. After finishing up my bench presses, I took another 10 shots of oxygen and proceeded to my dumbbell work. The week before, I had matched my Personal Record (PR) with 90 lb bells doing 2 sets of 12 reps. When I added oxygen, I was able to do 2 sets of 16 reps with the 90 lb bells. That is a 33% rep increase.
The following week, I tried the oxygen again, but this time used the 100 lb bells. I was able to match my previous PR (2 sets of 12 reps) using 11% more weight.
I felt so good after this, I did some close grip floor presses just to see what the oxygen was capable of. To my surprise, I was able to set another PR (255lbs x 3 reps) even after all the volume I had already done that day.
Three days later, I tried the oxygen again on a Max-Effort Bench. I was able to set yet another PR by 15 lbs on the reverse band press
At the end of each tough workout, I left the gym with another 10 shots of oxygen for recovery.
My Conclusion:
Oxygen from Oxygen4energy.com lives up to the claims. In my many years of lifting, I have tried dozens of products. Oxygen is one of the most effective products I have ever used and there are no negative side effects to it. If you are looking for a product to help with your lifting, I would definitely advise you to add it to your gym bag.
