In the past, I relied solely on strength endurance type training to manage the “demise” of lactic acid that comes when running the 200m and 400m races. Then, I was introduced to oxygen as a supplement to training. Not only have I felt the deferral of the onset of lactic acid in my legs, but the time necessary to recover between my runs has decreased significantly. The most compelling statement that I can make about oxygen from Oxygen4Energy, relates to my experience at the 2010 USATF Indoor Masters Championships in Boston, MA. I used oxygen during my warm-up and prior to my 200m rounds. The result was amazing. I was able to run prelims at such a comfortable level and never felt any fatigue. Most important, I was able to run the final round a few hours later even faster than the preliminary round and captured the USATF Masters National Championship title in the 200m!
