Product Review By: David Neville III - Pro Sprinter - Olympic Gold Medalist 4X400m
David Neville III is a Pro 400m sprinter who was a member of the 4X400m Gold Medal team at the 2008 Olympics. In college he was 2X Big Ten 200m Champion and 3X Big Ten Outdoor 400m Champion. His personal record time in the 400m is 44.61 seconds.
How I tested Oxygen:
I tested the oxygen from Oxygen4energy.com over a week of interval training. I took 10 shots before each training session and 10 shots immediately following each training session. If the training session was longer than 40 minutes, I would take 10 more shots about half way through the workout.
My results:
From the very first workout, I noticed immediate benefits using oxygen. I felt like I had greater endurance throughout the intervals and I recovered MUCH faster between intervals. I also felt much better after these intense workouts (later in the day) - Less overall heaviness and fatigue in the legs. On the 4th day of testing, we did a very tough 7 x 60 interval session. On this day, we timed every interval as accurately as possible. My times got faster every interval and I was able to run the fastest times EVER in training. I also noticed that if I came to training not feeling great, I was still able to turn in productive workouts - much better than I would expect considering how I felt.
My Conclusion:
This product is a very beneficial one which has allowed me to train great. I have been able to produce great times even in the course of not feeling great going into a workout. I also believe that this product will allow one who would like to get extra reps in to do so. I recover faster from workouts and feel good at the end of workouts.
