In the endurance sports world, all of the top athletes understand the importance of oxygen in their athletic performance. It is well accepted that training at lower altitudes where the oxygen content is higher, allows an athlete to:
increase power
increase endurance
increase training capacity
reduce recovery times
There are also studies that suggest that training in a higher oxygenated environment produces faster gains, which would totally make sense.
Let's face it… the most publicized performance enhancers in the endurance world are all related to delivering more oxygen to the muscles. Why? Because oxygen is the most critical component when it comes to athletic performance.
Blood doping, EPO, Hypoxic Training Equipment, and Altitude training are all focused on increasing your red blood cell count, which in turn increases oxygen flow to the muscles. The problem with these is that some are dangerous… some are illegal… all are cost prohibitive … and all are limited to the fact that the air we breathe contains only about 13-20% oxygen depending on elevation. So no matter how well they actually work, their benefits are still limited by the low oxygen content of air.
With the emergence of recreational canned oxygen, you now have the ability to FLOOD your body with oxygen at any given time, which can have a dramatic affect on your athletic performance and recovery.
Anyone who has ever trained at altitude and then returned to sea level for a competition, knows how much of a difference that added oxygen in the air can make. At 12,000 ft elevation, the oxygen content is only about 13%. At sea level, the oxygen content is about 20%. Our canned oxygen contains 90-95% oxygen. You do the math.
If you are looking for a way to improve your physical performance, increase the intensity of your workouts, get over a plateau, or take your recovery to a completely new level, canned oxygen is exactly what you are looking for.
Canned oxygen is safe, legal, affordable, and really effective.
OXYGEN combines with glucose to create ATP, the main energy source for your muscles. The more ATP your muscles have, the more powerful and explosive they will be.
When your muscles don't receive enough OXYGEN to support their exertion, they begin to product lactic acid, which can cause muscle fatigue and failure. The more OXYGEN your muscles receive, the slower the production of lactic acid and the slower the rate of muscle fatigue.
OXYGEN is needed by your body to metabolize lactic acid in the liver AFTER exercise. The more OXYGEN you get into your body POST-exercise, the faster your muscles can recover.
Recover... Recovery... Recovery...
For endurance athletes, minimizing recovery times is critical to achieving your objectives in the least amount of time. Unfortunately, not all people are created equal when it comes to recovery.
If you're looking to TAKE YOUR RECOVERY TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL, canned oxygen is just what you are looking for! Just try it once... and you should be sold!

If this stuff is so good, why haven't I heard of it before or seen other top athletes using it?
Until recently, breathing oxygen was only available via prescription and was administered under a doctor's supervision. Because of this, only the most elite teams and athletes had access to it and could benefit from it. With the emergence of non-prescription, recreational canned breathing oxygen, everyone can now get the training and competitive benefits of oxygen. The other reason you probably have not seen top endurance athletes using canned oxygen is that in the past it was considered a banned substance by the World Anti Doping Agency.
Is Recreational Canned Oxygen safe?
Yes. All research indicates that oxygen toxicity only occurs after breathing virtually pure oxygen for hours at a time. Recreational canned oxygen typically has less than 2 minutes of continuous flow oxygen per can, is not delivered in pure form and is administered in short bursts. There is no research indicating that short bursts of oxygen can be detrimental to your health.
Is Recreational Canned Oxygen legal?
Yes. As of January 1, 2010, supplemental oxygen is no longer prohibited by the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA).
How fast can I see results from using oxygen?
In general, oxygen works very fast. As soon as it gets into your body, your body will start using it to create energy, fight fatigue, or neutralize lactic acid. You do not need to use oxygen for an extended period of time before getting results. When used properly, your first use and every use can give you noticeable benefits.
How much do I have to take to get results?
Typically, you will need to take between 5-10 quick shots (breaths) of concentrated oxygen before or during exertion to notice benefits. Anything less than 5 shots will normally not provide any results. 10 shots of oxygen is also enough to dramatically improve your recovery after a tough workout. Over time, you will need to determine the best dose for your needs.
How will using oxygen effect the benefits I get from other supplements I take?
Using oxygen alongside other supplements should only enhance their benefits. Think of it like this... If you suddenly were able to increase your training intensity, wouldn't you get more out of your other supplements? Of course you would! Oxygen also seems to work very well with recovery drinks.
I hear that canned oxygen works well on hangovers. Is this true?
