How I Benefit from My Oxygen
Oxygen makes my workouts so strong by reducing recovery time. I feel ready to go in half the time.
How I Use My Oxygen
I warm up fully and use ten shots before I start my workout. I then typically will do another five shots after the peak of my workout. I also used to suffer hangover headaches after even the most minimal drinking of alcohol, but when I take ten shots of oxygen before I go to bed, I don't have a hangover at all the next day.
