How I used the product during testing:

• 5 shots before start of workout
• 10 shots about 30 min into the workout
• 5 shots after workout for recovery

My results:

• I noticed no forearm pump during or after any Jiu Jitsu training.
• Fatigue was very minimal during the duration of my training for both Jiu Jitsu and strength training.
• During strength training I was much stronger and able to push noticeably more weight than usual.
• My recovery time between sparring matches was much quicker than normal.
• My focus and mental clarity was very clear throughout my whole training session.

Other Comments:

• Normally while training I would take Accelerade (endurance sports drink) to relieve muscle pump and fatigue. Even when using that product I still felt the forearm pump and fatigue during long training days. With oxygen, not once did I feel the pump or fatigue.
• I all also like the fact that there are no stimulants so I can use it at night without a problem. With Accelerade, I sometimes had hard time sleeping due to other additives in the product.

My Conclusion

• I wasn’t sure of how this product would make me feel or how I would react to it but, this product has really helped up my training to a new level. I now am recommending this product to my entire competitive team to help them though their own training.
