Product Review By: Georgi Karakhanyan - Pro MMA Fighter
Georgi Karakhanyan is a Pro MMA fighter who was also a pro soccer player at one point in his life. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu specialist known for his tenacity in the ring and incredible cardio fitness. He fights out of Riverside, CA for Millennia MMA and currently has a record of 13-2-1. 10 of his wins have come by either KO or submission and he has yet to be knocked out or be submitted.
Strength Training
I used oxygen before my tough strength training routine. The routine lasted about 45 minutes and involves Olympic style lifting and kettlebell work. I took 8 shots of oxygen at the start of the workout. I felt really good throughout the entire workout. I was able to do more reps and I recovered way faster in between sets so I was able to push myself a lot harder than normal. Even though my workout was much more intense than normal, at the end, I still had so much energy that I went straight to my hill sprint workout and performed great there too.
Endurance
I used oxygen before my toughest sparring session. Typically after 5 rounds of sparring I am usually pretty exhausted. With the addition of the oxygen, I was able to go 10 rounds and felt great! I recovered much faster between rounds and felt really fresh throughout the entire training session. I did not feel the lactic acid building up like I usually do.
Recovery
I used 10 shots of oxygen after my toughest workouts and I definitely noticed a difference in next day recovery. My head was clearer and body felt fresher with less soreness and stiffness.
My Conclusion
I am a total believer in oxygen from Oxygen4energy.com. When I used it, I felt stronger, I had more endurance, my head stayed really clear, and my recovery times were faster too. It worked great for me!
