The bottom line is that Instant Oxygen from Oxygen4Energy.com works! Being a 40 year old competitive Ironman Triathlete requires three key ingredients: training, nutrition and recovery. As any Ironman can attest, the training is long hours, hard efforts and consistency of all three disciplines. Without proper recovery, eventually workouts will decrease in effectiveness and eventually your performance will suffer. That’s where Instant Oxygen has been invaluable. Recovering from a hard workout, especially as I get older, has become an art within itself. With Instant Oxygen I found that I recover quicker, feeling more refreshed the next day and ready for my next workout. This year I have posted more personal records (PR’s) then in any other year.
