How I Use My Oxygen
I take several hits of O4E before I start my workout and then as needed during super-sets when I start to feel winded. Also, on my heavy training days I will take 4-5 hits of O4E after my second heavy set so I can feel as strong as I did on my first. It really picks me up when I start to feel flat and helps keep me going strong throughout the entire workout.
