Product Review By: Kali Baker - Track & Field - 800m Runner
Kali Baker is an All American Track Athlete out of the Univ of Nevada, Reno. She holds 3 WAC Indoor records and 5 school records an UN Reno. Her personal best in the 800M is 2:04, and her best Indoor mile is 4:41.
Test Description:
I tested the oxygen on 3 different training runs varying from 3-6 miles in length. For each run, I did a 1 lap warm up around the track then took 10 shots of oxygen before going on my run. On these "cruising" runs, I typically maintain a pace of about 7:30 per mile and try to maintain the same effort level throughout (heart rate & breathing). I also took 10 shots of oxygen after each run for recovery.
Results:
When I ran using oxygen, the effort felt the same but my average mile paces were 6:45 - 6:30 per mile, which is 45-60 sec faster per mile. That's a HUGE improvement. I felt awesome though, not like I was pushing it at all. My body was relaxed and maintaining that faster pace seemed effortless. My recovery was excellent, breathing calmed down quickly and my legs weren't tired at all. Loved it!
Other Comments:
I got introduced to canned oxygen by my fiance, LaRon Bennett who is a Pro 400m hurdler. He was getting really great benefits from the product and wanted to see if I would get the same results. Just to make sure the results I got the first time were not a fluke, I re-tested two more times and got the same amazing results.
