How I Benefit from My Oxygen
Oxygen allows me to engage in a full intense workout without having to take as many rests. It gives me a quicker, more rejuvenated recovery in between circuits.
How I Use My Oxygen
I use Oxygen before sparing sessions to allow better breathing flow between punching and rounds. I also use it before my road work while engaging in my sprints.
