Marisa Asplund Finishes 4th Overall Female at the Muskoka 70.3 Triathlon

Congratulations to Oxygen4Energy Pro Triathlete and 2010 US National Duathlon Champion Marisa Asplund on finishing 4th overall female at the 2011 Subaru Ironman 70.3 Triathlon in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada.

Marisa is a former professional road cyclist (with over 10 career wins) who now concentrates on Ironman 70.3 triathlons. Marisa reports that, during her high intensity triathlon interval set training, the oxygen helps her push hard in all three disciplines and has helped her drop her lap times significantly. Marisa’s exceptional mental toughness, discipline and genetics (qualities of hers that are praised by her coach, Cliff English, one of the world’s top triathlon coaches) will undoubtedly continue to bring her success in her still relatively new triathlon career, and Oxygen4Energy is honored to play a supporting role in that success.
