I tried your oxygen with 2 different workouts as a test and got really incredible results. I first tried it with my leg workout. I took 5 shots of oxygen right before a set and was able to do noticeably more reps (25%+). I also noticed that I wasn't as winded throughout the rest of my workout, which was awesome! I got the same great results when I used it for a Lat workout. Again… 5 shots of oxygen allowed me to do more reps with heavier weight. This test validated just how important oxygen is to fitness training and muscle performance. I have found your oxygen to give me A LOT more energy when working out, to be VERY helpful at reducing fatigue through the course of my tough workouts, and to be VERY effective at reducing my recovery times between workouts. Since I have such a hectic, busy schedule, getting in productive cardio and weight workouts is not always easy for me. I can always count on your oxygen to give me the energy to get in those quality workouts even when I am tired, and to help me recover fast enough so that I can do it all again the next day. Your oxygen allows for immediate strength and endurance gains with consistent results every time. Pretty amazing stuff!
