How I Benefit from My Oxygen
Building muscle is all about repairing the muscle tissue. The benefit I get from oxygen is that it repairs the tissue at a faster rate and will speed up the recovery process.
How I Use My Oxygen
10 shots pre workout.
10 shots in the middle of training.
10 shots before bed.
Favorite Charity Wheelchair Athletics, Inc Wheelchair Athletics Foundation provides activities open to any child, adult, or veteran with a disability in order to provide physical and psychological therapeutic benefit to that person and also to guide them to become a Wheelchair Athlete.
Wheelchair Athletics Foundation hopes to instill a "can do spirit" into all its participants by giving them the confidence and independence that allow them to face their own life challenges and overcome barriers that before might have seemed insurmountable.
