| Do I need to purchase a lot of inventory up front to get started?
No. You can get started with Oxygen4Energy for as little as $50! We put no pressure on our Distributors to keep a lot of inventory on hand. We can also drop ship directly to customers for you, so it is not necessary to keep inventory unless you have customers pick up product directly from you. In most cases, however, it does come in handy to always have some inventory on hand for people who are really excited about the product and want to try some immediately.
What do I get for my annual Distributor Fee?
Your annual Distributor Fee gets you the following:
- The ability to order product at wholesale pricing - for resale and personal use.
- The ability to sponsor other distributors, build a Sales Organization (downline), and earn commission based on the sales volume generated by your organization.
- A personal replicated website to help you promote your business on the web. (Example: www.oxygen4energy.com/yourname). Your replicated website will be identical to the corporate website.
- Access to our Virtual Back Office (VBO) software that allows you to take orders, manage your personal orders, and manage the activity in your entire sales organization in REAL TIME.
- Access to all of our powerful marketing tools (video, flyers, handouts, etc). These materials will play an integral role in building a successful business.
Do I have to go to meetings if I get involved with your opportunity?

Without a computer and knowledge on how to use it effectively, success will be much more difficult, but not impossible.

There are no minimum sales quotas to maintain a distributorship.
How much can I make as a Distributor?
By law, we cannot make any income guarantees or projections. How much revenue you generate depends solely on the sales volume generated by your Sales Organization. As long as your Sales Organization continues to grow, you have the ability to keep generating more revenue. If your business continues to grow, there truly is no limit to how much you can earn.
Do I need to purchase product to qualify for commissions as a Distributor?
It depends on the type of commission. In some cases monthly purchases are required and in some cases they are not. Please refer to Compensation Plan information for more details.
Do I need to refer (sponsor) other Distributors to maintain my product discounts and Distributor status?
As long as you pay your annual Distributor Fee you can maintain your Distributor status and discounts for that year.
Can retail stores participate in the Oxygen4energy Business Opportunity?
Definitely YES. Unlike most other networking companies Oxygen4Energy offers true wholesale pricing to its distributors (as low as 50% off suggested retail pricing). This makes our opportunity attractive to small privately-owned retail stores because there is enough retail mark-up to make selling our products worthwhile. Large, chain retail stores will not be allowed to carry our product.
Are there restrictions on how I can sell your products over the internet?
Yes. All internet sales must be generated through your replicated Oxygen4Energy website. No exceptions. Selling our product on other websites is strictly prohibited (ebay, craigslist, ecommerce websites, etc). Refer to our Policies and Procedures for more details. Advertising on other sites to drive potential customers to your replicated website is perfectly fine and highly encouraged.
Are there any limits as to WHERE I can sell Oxygen4energy products?
You may only sell Oxygen4Energy products within the Continental US. Current Dept. of Transportation regulations only allow oxygen to be shipped by Ground. We are unable to ship product to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time either.
Are there any limits to WHERE I can sign up new Distributors?
Due to the shipping restrictions involved with our product, only people who have a shipping address in the Continental US may become Distributors.
Can I ship your products to my customers directly?
Only if you have a Hazardous Materials Certification. Compressed gas products like canned oxygen are considered a hazardous material by Dept. of Transportation standards. Special permits are required to ship it and it must be shipped by ground according to Federal regulations. Shipping our canned oxygen illegally can result in SERIOUS fines. Luckily, we have no problem drop shipping orders directly to your customers for you, so you have no need to ship it yourself!
