OXYGEN FOR HEADACHES
Apparently, about 16% of all Americans suffer from chronic headaches. If you're one of those 16%, you know how difficult it can be to get anything done with your head feeling like it might explode.
So what causes these intense headaches?... Many health experts believe that many headaches are caused by oxygen deprivation to the brain. It is theorized that when the brain does not get enough oxygen, the blood vessels can become inflamed and nerves can become irritated. In these cases, it makes sense that oxygen could be very helpful.
As far back as 1939, research was done on the effectiveness of oxygen therapy as a remedy for headaches. In that study, Dr. Alvarez reported that of the 100 people participating in the study, 80 percent of "migrainous" headaches were completely or significantly relieved with the use of oxygen therapy. Since that time, there have been many other studies that also show oxygen therapy as an effective remedy for headaches.
The main problem is that "medical" oxygen therapy is not cost effective or convenient. However, today you have another viable option: recreational canned oxygen.
So... can recreational canned oxygen alleviate your headache pain? The companies selling canned oxygen cannot make that claim because by law, their product is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any diseases. However, if you suffer from debilitating headaches (migraine headaches or cluster headaches) and haven't been able to find anything that works for you, don't you think it would be worth a try?

At this point, it seems clear, however, that medical oxygen can potentially be beneficial for people with headaches. Please read through the articles below and make a determination for yourself.

Recreational oxygen is NOT FOR MEDICAL USE and is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any diseases. Always consult your physician before taking any supplement products. Recreational oxygen should not be used if you have: asthma, lung or heart ailments without approval from your medical doctor.
