Return Policy

No returns will be accepted on used product.

Unused product may be returned at Customer's expense for a credit/refund WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

No refund/credit will be issued for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Returned product MUST BE SHIPPED EITHER UPS OR FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING WITH A "ORM-D" STICKER ON IT. Any other method of shipment is illegal. Canned oxygen is considered a Hazardous Material by Dept of Transportation guidelines.

Allow up to 7 days after returned product has been received to receive your credit. No credit will be given other than to the original credit card used in the initial transaction.
