Retail Customer Return Policy

• Oxygen4Energy charges a 10% restocking fee on all unused product returned in resalable condition. No returns will be accepted on used product.

• Apparel is non-refundable.

• Before sending any product back for a refund, email us for a Return Authorization Number.

• Unused product may be returned at Customer's expense for a credit/refund WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIP DATE.

• No refund/credit will be issued for shipping charges.

• Allow up to 7 days after returned product has been received to receive your credit. No credit will be given other than to the original credit card used in the initial transaction.

Returned product MUST BE SHIPPED EITHER UPS OR FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING in accordance with Dept. of Transportation regulations. Any other method of shipment is illegal. Canned oxygen is considered a Hazardous Material by Dept of Transportation guidelines.
