Return Policy
No refunds will be given on used
product.
Unused product may be returned for a
FULL refund within 30 days of your purchase. Initial shipping charges not included in refund.
Product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
Before
shipping your product back to us, you MUST send an email to us

Important Note:
Due to the nature of the product, all Instant Oxygen™ cans must be
shipped with an
"ORM-D
Consumer Commodity"
label and must be shipped via GROUND Shipping. This product cannot
be shipped via air under any circumstances.

Defective Product:
While every effort is made to ensure
you get a perfect product every time, even our Triple Point Quality
Inspection Program (TPQIP), however rare, can sometimes miss a
hidden defect.
Defective Requests (DR) will not be
honored if the product has been damaged, misused, or abused by you
in any manner.
If you believe you have a defective
product, discontinue use and immediately Call the manufacturer (Bioxygen
Distribution Corp) directly at
732-416-0381.
It would be very helpful if you had
the following information when before you call Customer Service:
- When product was purchased
- Where product was purchased
Please do not email your defective
request; our CSR will need to speak with you directly.
A Customer Service Representative
(CSR) will ask you a couple of questions and help determine if the
product is in fact defective. If a product is believed to be
defective, you will have to ship the product to us.
If after speaking to one of our
Customer Service Representatives your product is determined to be
defective you may be asked to return it to us. If this is the case,
please follow the below instructions.

Upon inspection one of the two
procedures below will occur:
If one of our Product Technicians
(PT) determines the product IS defective, they will promptly ship
you a brand new product at no additional charge, with a personal
letter of apology.
If one of our Product Technicians
(PT) determines the product is NOT defective, they will promptly
return your product (at your request), with a letter of
determination.
