Product Review By: Richard McDowell - Powerlifter
Richard McDowell is a powerlifter who currently holds the APA Bench Press World Record in his division. His record bench press is 680 lbs in the Masters 275 lb Division. Although this was a multi-ply event, Richard broke the record wearing Single-ply gear in June of 2010.
How I used the product during testing:
- 10 shots before start of workout
- 10 shots about 2/3 way through workout
- 10 shots after workout for recovery
My results:
- I noticed a great increase in strength
- I was definitely able to do more reps when I used oxygen. For my higher rep exercises, I was able to do about 20% more reps with the same amount of weight before failure.
- I felt like my recovery time between sets was cut in half!
- Definitely noticed an increase in mental clarity and the ability to focus. This is really important when you have a lot of weight on the bar.
Other Comments:
- To make sure it wasn't a placebo effect, I had my powerlifting team members try it out as well. They all got the same results. One guy maxed out at 4 reps to failure. Then we gave him several shots of oxygen and he came back and did 6 reps of the same weight. There's no other supplement I know of on the market that can do that.
- We all also liked the fact that there are no stimulants, so you can use it at night and still get a good night's sleep.
My Conclusion
- I was a skeptic before I tried it. I didn't really think oxygen would have such a big impact on a power athlete like myself. I was wrong. OXYGEN IS THE REAL DEAL!
