Instant Oxygen is an awesome product. I'm 43 years old and live a very active lifestyle with my main passions being beach volleyball and rock climbing. I've found that this product simply helps me perform at a higher level for longer periods of time and allows me to stay competitive with the younger guys. I also feel like my reaction times and eye-hand coordination improve as well. I tend to get the best results if I use it when I start to feel the fatigue kicking in. I'll take maybe 10-12 breaths of oxygen and in just a few minutes the fatigue seems to fade away and I'm able to keep performing at a high level. This is truly a great product that provides noticeable results in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend it for any athlete in any sport. The bottom line is that when I use it, I feel like I am a better, stronger, faster athlete.
