How I Benefit from My Oxygen
Oxygen helps me maximize my training sessions.
Oxygen keeps me focused, alert and energized during competition.
Oxygen also helps reduce soreness after intense training or competition, so I know it helps my recovery times.
How I Use My Oxygen
5-10 shots before I start training and 3-5 shots periodically throughout training sessions as needed to recver between sets.
In competition, I take 10 shots before every lift. It definitely makes a difference.
