As a competitive athlete I am always searching for that little something extra to assist in my training. I have used many supplements from Creatine, Aminos, protein powder etc and can't ever really tell if there is any gain. I was introduced to Instant Oxygen with a little skepticism, but have been pleasantly surprised at the results. I've found that using it before my endurance paddles (4-7 miles) alleviates what I call a “flash pump” in my muscles for the first mile of paddling. In the past, it took me at least one mile of paddling to get this pump out of my system. But since using the oxygen, I can now push hard out of the gates and maintain a high paddling cadence without worrying about the "flash pump" affecting my performance. The second revelation was the quickness in which I was able to recover from my workouts. I typically paddle 4-6 days a week and in the past my workout performance would decline as the week progressed due to muscle fatigue. I am now finding with the assistance of Instant Oxygen I can push my workouts all week and actually feel rejuvenated in a very short period of time, thus, improving the quality of my workouts throughout the week. If you are an endurance athlete of any type, I would recommend the use of Instant Oxygen to assist in pushing your training to the next level, safely.
