I am a 54 year old runner who used to run 5k’s to marathons at a very competitive pace. Eight years ago I began suffering from Plantar Fasciitis and stopped running completely. After total rehab with stretching exercises and anti-inflammatory I am again able to run. After months and months and months of distance, I have again returned to the hills and the track.

One day prior to a hill repeat workout with my running group, I staged my water bottle and one can of your oxygen at the hill top. After the first hill repeat (appox 200 meters/straight up) I took a quick drink of water and then inhaled 3 shots of your oxygen.

To everyone’s surprise, including myself, I flew up the hill on the next repeat. We are always very close as we climb the hill, and we always finish together. On this and the next four hill repeats, however, I reached the top about thirty yards before any of the other runners.

At the top of each repeat, I would get a drink and inhale a few more shots of oxygen. Wow… What a recovery!!! What's even more impressive is that I had very little lactic acid build up after the workout and the following day my soreness was much less than usual.

Several weeks ago, before I started using oxygen we were running 800 meter repeats on the track and I had difficulty running 2min. 45 sec. per repeat with a 400 meter recovery.

Listen to this… Last week I did 6 X 800 meter repeats with the same running group as the hills. I took a few shots of oxygen before the repeats and did the same recovery after each repeat - water and a few shots of oxygen.

This is amazing... I ran the first 800 in 2min 36 sec. 400 recovery and BANG… another 2min 36 sec. Plus, the third and forth repeats were just as fast. Not only did I run faster, I didn't fatigue nearly as fast as I normally do over the course of the repeats.

Everyone is still wondering and asking me what I'm doing?
"You’re back" they kept telling me, "You’re back!"

To an endurance athlete, recovery is everything! With a quicker recovery I am able to maintain the high intensity speed or hill repeats. Incredible product!!!!
