How I tested canned oxygen:
If found out about the oxygen from Oxygen4energy just a couple of weeks before my latest competition. Rather than change up my routine to test the oxygen, I just added it and observed what happened. I also put it to the test at the competition.
How I used canned oxygen:
- 5 shots before start of the workout
- 5 shots before my heaviest, most intense sets
- 5 shots after workout for recovery
My Training Results:
As soon as I started using oxygen, I immediately noticed that I felt really stronger during my workouts and was recovering faster between my sets. During that 1st week, I was even able to pull a Personal Record deadlift (765 lbs) with relative ease. I also noticed improved focus and alertness. This is very important when you are lifting heave weights. Since I was doing such low rep/high weight training at the time, I really did not get a chance to see how it would affect higher rep training, but I did notice that the weights were going up much easier than normal. I definitely felt strong and explosive every time I used the oxygen.
My Competition Results:
At my recent competition, I used the oxygen before every heavy warm up lift and every competitive lift. I was able to set a personal record totaling 2520 lbs, which beat my previous record total by 150 lbs. That's a HUGE improvement. I felt fresh and strong all day. I only missed one attempt and it was the last lift of the day where I attempted a personal record deadlift of 770 lbs. All of my other successful lifts were completed with relative ease, so I truly believe I could have done more had I known I would be feeling so fresh and strong using the oxygen. In past competitions (without oxygen) I always felt the effects of fatigue over the course of the day. To nearly pull a personal record deadlift at the end of such a long day including all the warm-up reps and 8 max effort attempts is a true testament to the product. Normally (without oxygen), by the time I get to the deadlift, I'm so fatigued from the bench and squats that I'm only able to pull my first attempt and have never really come close to pulling my personal record weight.
My biggest surprise from using oxygen came after the meet. Normally I have a lot of soreness and take a whole week to recover from a competition like this. This time, however, I hardly had any soreness and felt really good in just 3 days.
My Conclusion:
Oxygen does help maximize power and explosiveness. I estimate that it has increased my peak performance strength by 10%. Oxygen also has cut my recovery times in half - whether it be between sets or between training days. As an athlete I am always looking for that edge, and that is what I found in this product. Whether your a powerlifter, bodybuilder, football player, or just someone who enjoys the challenge of bettering themselves physically, try this product and see for yourself the difference it can make. From now on, I'll be using it for every training cycle and at every competition for sure. Oxygen works far better than any other supplement I have ever used.
Other Comments:
I am not a morning person, and I tend to stay away from caffeine as a stimulant since it dries the body out. I've found that oxygen works great for getting me started in the mornings. I take 5 puffs of oxygen when I get up and almost instantly I can feel the heaviness leave my eyes and I feel refreshed.
