I'm training for my 2nd marathon (the last one was over 5 years ago) and over the past 2 months the mileage of our runs have increased each weekend. I was little worried because I knew from the first marathon those long runs were tiring and took a lot out of me. A friend told me about your oxygen product and I thought I'd give it a try to see if it would help my training and recovery. I used the oxygen when we ran 15 and then 17 miles. Each time when I got done running, I used your oxygen as instructed and took 15 deep breaths. For the rest of the day and into the evening I was surprised at how good I felt! One of the evenings after my run I stayed up way past midnight which surprised me since usually I would have been asleep by 9 pm since we get up at 5 am to start our run! Typically, the next day after increasing mileage my body is sore but the oxygen really help me and I wasn’t sore at all. I’ve done 3 long runs using the oxygen and the longest being 20 miles. I don't know how it's doing it, but your oxygen definitely makes a BIG difference for me. Thanks for making my training much easier and so much more enjoyable. If I knew about your product sooner, I would have run more marathons!
