Triathlete Megan Monroy Returns to Competition with a Bang!

Congratulations to Oxygen4Energy Elite Triathlete Megan Monroy for winning her first two triathlons of the 2011 season, with a 1st place finish in the LA Triathlon (1st overall amateur, 13th among the stacked field of professional women), and also a win in her division at the Pacific Coast Triathlon just two weeks earlier.

Megan, known to use her Oxygen religiously for training and competition, says of her recent success, “[September] started off with Pacific Coast Tri, my first full race back into racing. Although it was a sprint, I crossed the finish line as the first amateur female feeling the need to go back racing for another round! Wow, how good that felt! Oxygen: one can before, and one can after. Energy, energy, energy, recovery, recovery, recovery, and I was golden! … Then this past weekend, another overall win, this time in the LA triathlon…[Again using Oxygen,] needless to say, I recovered nicely, again.
