USING RECREATIONAL OXYGEN FOR SPORTS AND FITNESS

The suggestions listed below are based on our experience with all the athletes we currently have using our product. These tips will give you a better idea of how to use our oxygen most effectively for your specific application. Keep in mind that the dosage of oxygen you require may vary depending on your physical size and fitness level. It will be up to you to experiment and find the best dose for you to achieve the desired result. If our suggested dose does not create the desired result, try using more until you do get the desired result. For Fast-twitch sports requiring quick bursts and explosiveness

  • Using oxygen before your sport will help your body warm-up faster and sharpen your mind. (Sugg dose: 5-10 shots)

  • Using oxygen during the sport will keep your energy high, your mind focused and give you noticeably more endurance. (Sugg dose: 5-7 shots every 30 minutes)

  • Using oxygen after your sport will help reduce your recovery times. After using the oxygen, notice how you feel the rest of the day and notice how your muscles feel the next morning. (Sugg dose: 7-10 shots within 5 minutes of completion of sport or activity)

  • Note: If you do not push your limits while doing your activity, you may not notice any major benefits when using our oxygen before and during your activity. Remember, the more your body is oxygen deficient, the more you will notice the benefits. SO... the people who push themselves the hardest are the ones who will feel the most benefits.


For Aerobic Endurance Sports

  • Using oxygen before aerobic endurance activities will typically make those activities easier. You should notice that you don’t get as winded and that your heart rate will not go as high. (Sugg dose: 7-10 shots before activity).

  • If your body has trouble warming up OR if power is required at the beginning of your activity, we suggest trying to use oxygen before your activity. (Sugg dose: 7-10 shots) If you do not notice any benefits, do not continue to use oxygen pre-workout. It probably is not necessary or beneficial.

  • Using oxygen after your activity will help reduce your recovery time. Reducing recovery time seems to be the best benefit for endurance athletes. After using the oxygen, notice how you feel the rest of the day and notice how your muscles feel the next morning. By recovering faster, our athletes feel confident that they can train harder and more often, which will lead to faster gains. (Sugg dose: 7-10 shots within 15 minutes of completion of activity)


For Weight Lifting, Plyometrics, Sprints and other Power Exercises

  • Using oxygen before your most strenuous sets will increase your power and endurance. Most users claim they are measurably stronger when using oxygen just prior to the set. (Sugg dose: 5-7 shots just prior to your most strenuous sets)

  • Using oxygen after an exhausting workout will help reduce recovery times. After using the oxygen, notice how you feel the rest of the day and notice how your muscles feel the next morning. (Sugg dose: 7-10 shots within 15 minutes of completion of activity)
