Note: Always return
the mask to the CLOSED position when not is use by GENTLY turning
the mask 1/4 turn to the LEFT.
Tip #1: breath in at the same rate that the oxygen is being
expelled from the can.
This is
especially important as the can loses pressure over time. Doing this
will ensure that you keep the volume of oxygen in your lungs
maximized. If you breath in faster than the can is expelling oxygen,
you will take in more ambient air than oxygen and not get the same
benefit from the same amount of breaths. Please note that as the
pressure in the can decreases, you should take SLOWER, LONGER
breaths to get the same benefit.
Tip #2:
Using too little will have no noticeable effect.
Most people
who don't get any noticeable results from our product simply use too
little. So... when first trying the product make sure to inhale
at least 10 breaths (2 second breaths are ideal). If that
does not produce the desired result, try 15 breaths. Once you know
that the product works, you can try taking less breaths and see if
you still get the same results. Unless you are very sensitive,
taking just a few breaths will have little noticeable impact on you.
Tip #3:
The more your body is oxygen deficient, the more effect the
supplemental oxygen will have.
Many people
use the product when they already feel good and claim that they
don't notice any difference. Of course not! If you really want to
feel the difference, only use the product when you are low on
energy, not feeling well, are not thinking clearly or need an energy boost to carry you
through an intense activity.
Tip #4: Do not consume more than 1 can at any given time.
Tip #5: NEVER, under any circumstances,
tRANSPORT "INSTANT OXYGEN" on an airplane.
Tip #6: If you have any health concerns, always consult your
physician before starting on recreational oxygen.
This product should not be used WITHOUT A DOCTOR'S APPROVAL if you have: asthma, lung or heart
ailments.
