How I Benefit from My Oxygen
All I can say is it’s a life saver. From day one I noticed the benefits of less fatigue and less lactic acid build up. As a bodybuilder you want to take your body to its full potential, but at times things like lactic acid make it difficult for us to get past the point of pain/burn. With oxygen not only has my stamina gone up due to the extra oxygen in my body, but my muscles feel less of a burn and it has allowed me to push past my normal plateau.
How I Use My Oxygen
I usually warm up and right before my heavy set I take about 5-10 pumps. From there I take an additional 5 pumps if needed during the workout. I also take 10 pumps before my morning cardio session.
